Refund Policy

Pease note, we expect that If you have made a purchase at www.infantso.com, you have read and are aware of the refund/ exchange policy stated below.

1. Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
For hygiene reasons, certain products such as teething items, potty seats, breast pump, bathing brush,  cannot be returned if they have been used or opened.

2. How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at [customercare@infantso.com] to initiate a return. Provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Upon approval, you will receive a return authorisation and detailed instructions on the return process.

3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Infantso is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure a prompt replacement or refund.

7. Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

8. Product Warranty:
Certain products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product details or contact us for warranty information and procedures.

9. Exceptions:
Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
